When your pet is sick or injured, time is of the essence. You need immediate, expert, compassionate care. That is exactly what Animal Emergency Hospital of Redmond was designed, built, and staffed to provide. We always have a doctor and medical staff on site, ready to handle any medical or surgical emergency.
We do not schedule appointments. Patients are seen based on immediacy of medical need or in the order of arrival. If your pet is critically ill, he or she will be seen immediately; we start medical care for your pet right away if needed.
Whenever possible, after discussing the problem and examining your pet, the doctor will discuss diagnostic and treatment options. We will give you a written estimate for your approval before we begin treatment. However, if your pet is in critical need of immediate care, we will request immediate authorization to start the necessary treatment. As soon as we are able, we will discuss medical options and estimates of costs.
PAYMENT IS DUE AT TIME OF SERVICE.
We accept most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
We also accept Care Credit and encourage our clients to apply through www.carecredit.com prior to a visit.
