What our clients say

"It is very nice to have a 24 hour animal hospital just down the street in downtown Redmond. The staff was very friendly and communicative, and also let me come and visit my cat Pikachu as she was staying for 48 hours receiving fluids. All that I had to do was call and ask if it was a good time to come and pay a visit. The best part was the peace of mind I got always being able to have my questions answered and 24/7 access either via phone or coming by the hospital. They also kept her blanket in her cage area with her. Thank you for opening up in downtown Redmond!"

"Words cannot express our gratitude these past few weeks, thinking we'd have to say goodbye to another pet this year, and instead experiencing something close to a miracle. I was doubtful - and probably difficult - in the beginning, but everyone proved to not only know their "stuff" but did so with care and compassion to our situation. I have already and will continue to recommend you to pet-parents in need."

"Thank you for your loving care of our pooch Mandy. She gave us a good scare but your calm and caring support for her did not go unnoticed. We hope not to have to come in except to say hello but if we do need help with our 4-legged family we will be back in a heartbeat. Thank you! Mandy is doing great."

"To Dr. Jooss and the entire staff of Animal Emergency Hospital: Thank you so much for the thoughtful card on the recent loss of our cat Smooch. It was kind of you to send your sympathies and the paw print is a keepsake that we'll treasure. My wife Nancy and I miss Smooch very much and the presence of his absence is something we feel everyday. It was both a difficult and easy decision to euthanize Smooch but your expertise, care, and compassion during that harried and emotional evening was greatly appreciated. We believed that Smooch was in good hands and that in itself provided us with comfort. Our pets truly are part of the family and when we lose them it hurts. But despite that pain, we remember how much joy they brought us and how they enrich our lives. You took care of Smooch during the most difficult moment in his life for which we're extremely grateful. The work that you do makes a difference to the pets and their owners. In a world that is often cruel and uncaring, you make a difference for the better. "

"I have been a fan of Dr Fleming's medicine for some time. He is one of the few veterinarians I would trust my animal with. Hearing that he opened his own ER has me thrilled - but hoping I don't have to visit soon. If anything should happen, though, I will be calling on Animal Emergency Hospital of Redmond."
